Returns accepted for 30 days
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Free return shipping
Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns within the United Kingdom. Instructions for returning your item will be provided once you contact us.
No restocking fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
No final sale items
All items sold on our store are eligible for return unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
How to start a return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
